The Hard Labor Creek Regional Reservoir Management Board is responsible for all aspects of project construction, implementation and operations.  The Board is comprised of four (4) representatives from Walton County and three (3) representatives from Oconee County, based on ownership of the project.

The Hard Labor Creek Regional Reservoir Management Board meets regularly, at the office of the Walton County Board of Commissioners, 303 South Hammond Drive, Suite 300, Monroe, Georgia, 30655. The Commission Chambers are located on the third floor.  All meetings are open to the public.  

All board members are appointed for a one-year term, and officers are elected on an annual basis.  A listing of current Board members is provided below.
