Hard Labor Creek Regional Reservoir Management Board

The Hard Labor Creek Regional Reservoir Management Board is responsible for all aspects of project administration, construction, and operations. The board is comprised of four (4) representatives from Walton County and three (3) representatives from Oconee County, appointed by the Board of Commissioners of each County.

The Hard Labor Creek Regional Reservoir Management Board (RMB) typically meets at 1:00 PM on the third Tuesday of each month.  RMB meetings are held at the Walton County Historic Courthouse, 111 South Broad Street, 2nd Floor Courtroom, Monroe, Georgia, 30655. All meetings are open to the public.

All board members are appointed for a one-year term, and officers are elected on an annual basis. A listing of current board members is provided below.
